In my older laptop (i3 4300m with GT 840m) I had no problem playing 3D World at 60 fps stable. I want to be clear: While my PC is low-end, I can play more demanding games like Breath of the Wild at stable 30 fps, or DK Tropical Freeze at stable 60 fps. The games stutters a lot, like frameskipping, increased when there are a lot of objects in screen. This is NOT due to shader compiling, as I already built (2 times now) a shader cache for the first few levels of the game and replayed them a lot of times. Super Mario 3D World has a lot of stuttering despite CEMU and MSI Afterburner showing stable 60 fps.
